Reorders of Previously Made Garments

Unlike most companies, The Line Up does not discontinue styles or designs.Therefore, if fabrics are still available from the manufacturer, you have the option of ordering additional pieces for years to come. If this choice is important to you,keep in mind the following:

• Avoid novelty and seasonal fashion fabrics or trims; they are generally discontinued after one year.
• Dye lots will vary; therefore, we recommend you plan by making sure you are ordering the correct number of garments all at one time. We are unable to guarantee a match consistent with the original yardage.
• For us to properly reproduce garments, you must send us a sample garment from the original garment for your order.
• The fee for ordering single items is substantially higher. Charges are based on the original price quote, less any group discounts.
• Plan ahead, especially for garments needed in November and December.The time to process re-orders may be as long as 6-10 weeks depending on thequantity and design of reordered garments.
