Pricing, Payment and Terms
Pricing varies depending on the level of services provided, complexity of the garment and the materials selected to create your garments. Our customer service staff will work with you in providing an estimate or price quote.
Price Quotes
When the design is confirmed, we summarize this information on a price quote form. This quote does not include changes to the design after the prototype process or custom fitting services. Details itemized include the following:
- Construction elements and details such as skirt, bodice, trim, lettering, accessories, etc.
- Patterning fees related to pattern/design creation. This is a fee incurred when ordering all Premiere Design garments.
- The cost for creating a prototype. Again, this a fee incurred when ordering all Premier Design garments and, in some cases, Classic Enhanced Design garments.
- Set-up and artwork fees for airbrushing and lettering services.
Discounts
Ordering for a group is the most economical option. The more you order, the greater the savings. Quantity discounts are offered when ordering garments of the same style and fabrics. Discounts apply to most of our garments and are as follows:

- A prepayment discount of up to 2% may be available to you if payment is received in full at the time of your order. Please ask your account manager to see if you qualify.
- Orders must be placed within scheduling time frames to be eligible for any discounts. Discounts do not apply to rush orders or shipping costs.
Terms
- A 50% deposit, accompanied by the Order Confirmation Form (PDF) places your order.
- Final payment must be received prior to shipment or pick up of your order.
- As a small manufacturer specializing in making garments specific to our customers, we do not extend terms.
- For organizations securing payment through a purchase order, special arrangements must be made by calling our accounting office at 1-888-454-6387.
Returns
Because all garments are specialty made, all sales are final. However, The Line Up stands behind our product and services. We are always eager to work with you in resolving problems and concerns.
