Meet the Staff

Although there are many people responsible for creating your garments, we would like you to meet some of the key individuals that will be working with you to create your garments.

Deb Erickson
Owner/Designer

Deb has always been fascinated with design, fabric and creating garments. She started the business from her home in 1989, doing most of the work herself. She is still actively involved in all aspects of the business including designing, patterning and garment construction. She believes that offering the best product and services happens by knowing you, our customer.

 

Heather Daggett
Vice President, Finance & Customer Relations

Heather started at The Line Up in February of 2006. She graduated from Winona State University with a degree in Business Administration. In addition to her experience in business management and finance, Heather has been coaching dance for 17 years at all levels from preschool through collegiate.

Lindsey Carter
Account Manager

Lindsey graduated with a degree in Communications from the University of Minnesota in 2005. Lindsey has had 22 years of dance experience. Starting her dance career at Larkin Dance Studio at the age of 3, she danced her way onto the 4-time National Champion University of Minnesota Dance Team from 2003-2005. Prior to transfering to the U of M Lindsey was a member of the Arizona State Sun Devil Dance Team in Tempe, AZ. She is engaged and planning her June 2009 wedding in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Meghan Idema
Account Manager

Meghan Idema is a Michigan native who moved to Minnesota in 2005. After graduating high school in 2001, Meghan launched her schools first dance team which she coached for two years. She graduated from Metropolitan State University in 2007 with a BA in communications-media studies. She has 18 years of dance experience in competitive, studio, semi-pro, and instruction. Meghan joined The Line Up June 2007.

 

Cheryl Ebersohl
Product Development/Pattern Maker

Cheryl has been creating patterns and coordinating construction of the sample making process since 2004.She graduated from Bassist College in Portland Oregon with a degree in Apparel Design and Patterning. Her 20 years in the garment industry has enhanced our ability to manage quality and improve our patterning capabilities.

Maria Jara
Sample Maker

Maria began working for The Line Up over 5 years ago as a production stitcher. She now sews prototypes and works with our production staff to make sure your garment is made to the correct specifications.
